We give you a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials for most of our products and accessories. This warranty is subject to the Terms and Conditions of purchase set forth here on our website and does not conflict with your statutory rights. The warranty will be void if the product has been tampered with in any way, been used with parts other than those sold and supplied by Volcano ECigs, been damaged through improper use or unreasonable negligence.

Warranty Limitations

All of our electronic products are covered under our 6 month warranty with the following limitations:

  • Atomizers and Cartomizers: Due to the normal usage and limited life expectancy of atomizers and cartomizers, we can offer no extended warranty on these items, but will replace if defective when supplied
  • Batteries, Chargers, and Charging Packs: Our limited warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of: (i) improper maintenance or modification; (ii) parts or supplies not provided or supported by Volcano; (iii) operation outside the product specifications; or (iv) unauthorized modification or misuse. BATTERY FAILURE DUE TO FLOODING IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY.
  • Liquids, Accessories, and Swag: Liquids, T-shirts, hats, and other accessories and "swag" are not covered under our warranty and are provided as-is.
  • Items lost in transit: Any products sent by a paid-for, trackable service will be insured for their cost price and replaced should they be lost before delivery. Volcano however cannot be responsible for replacing any products sent by the free, non-tracked service. Please see our shipping and delivery page for more information.

Returns

As our product is a consumable and cannot be repackaged or resold like most other electronic devices, we do not offer a full money-back guarantee other than that conferred by your statutory rights under distance selling regulations.

However, customer satisfaction is our no.1 priority and to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your Volcano product, we do offer a full warranty against any and all manufacturing defects as stipulated above in the warranty section. If you feel that you have received a defective item and would like to initiate a return, you must first create a account with us, if you do not already have one, and then submit a ticket to our customer service department explaining your problem. Please refer to our customer service and ticket system page for full information on how to do this.

If after receiving your ticket we deem your item eligible for replacement under our warranty, we'll replace it or refund your money - it's as simple as that!

We reserve the right to refuse replacement if we deem that the item does not meet the guidelines of our warranty replacement programme.

Shipping

We know how much you want to get your hands on your new Volcano ecigarette so we promise to despatch all of our orders within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). In fact if you order before 3pm (UK time, Monday to Friday) we expect to send off your Volcano that very day.

We usually send out Volcano ecig products by the UK's Royal Mail Service and offer you FREE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY on all orders to anywhere in Europe by their basic service. However this does not track and insure your purchase, so if you want to upgrade the following options are available:

 

In the UK,

      48-hour Delivery: tracked, insured and signed for. Cost £2.99 per order (of whatever size)
      24-hour Next Day: delivery Monday-Friday, tracked insured and signed for. Cost £5.99 per order (of whatever size)



In the EU

      International Tracked: tracked, insured and signed for, the same delivery time as standard Airmail. Cost £5.99 per order (of whatever size). This usually takes 3-5 days but is sent to your country's national postal service for final delivery, so we have no control over how they handle that - some countries are better than others and the delivery time is not guaranteed.

 

      Courier Service by UPS: tracked, insured and signed for UPS with email notifications. Cost £16.99 per order (of whatever size). This is usually delivered on the next working day but is expected to be delivered within 3 days, but this cannot be absolutely guaranteed as some countries, and some parts of countries, do take longer to deliver to. You will get an email from the courier company on despatch giving the expected delivery date.



Rest of the World: Outside of the EU

      International Tracked: tracked, insured and signed for, the same delivery time as standard Airmail. Cost £7.99 per order (of whatever size). This usually takes 5-7 days but is sent to your country's national postal service for final delivery, so we have no control over how they handle that - some countries are better than others and the delivery time is not guaranteed.

 

      Courier Service by UPS: tracked, insured and signed for UPS with email notifications. Cost £44.99 per order (of whatever size). This is usually delivered within 4 days but this cannot be absolutely guaranteed as some countries, and some parts of countries, do take longer to deliver to. You will get an email from the courier company on despatch giving the expected delivery date.

 

      If you want to use your own courier service for quicker delivery we are very happy to order that on your account. Please contact us and we will sort that out for you.

 

      We cannot be responsible if the goods are not delivered because of problems with your local Customs service and if that is the case can only refund you if they are returned to us in re-saleable condition.



      All shipments with a paid-for service will be issued a tracking number and you will be notified as soon as your package is processed and sent if you request that information. If you use a paid-for service you will be able to track your delivery from www.track-trace.com/post.
