Intro to the TubeTank

Hi, and welcome to the instruction video for using Volcano’s TubeTank. This will give you the ins-and-outs of using the Cartomizer.

This video will explain how to fill and use a TubeTank. This is one of our best delivery systems and allows you to carry as much E-Liquid with you to get you through the day. Now the Tube Tank comes in two different set-ups, one geared for the Inferno, and the other geared for the Lavatube.

You’ll have either a 4ml or a 7ml tube, a 1.5 ohm or a 3 ohm cartomizer, a silicon seal for the cartomizer, and a clear plastic drip tip. Now the 4ml Tube and the 1.5 ohm cartomizer are optimized with the Inferno in mind, and the 7ml Tube with the 3 ohm cartomizer are similarly matched for the Lavatube, so it’s important to make sure you’re choosing the right Tank for the right product.

The video will show you how to set up and use your Tube Tank with the 4ml Tank and the 1.5 ohm cartomizer for an Inferno battery. Note though that it will be the same set-up no matter what the specification of the Tube Tank. The first step will be to prime your cartomizer. You have to make sure that the cartomizer is completely saturated with E-Liquid before you use it and this process should be repeated anytime you switch cartomizers.

Remove the drip tip at the end, revealing the cotton poly-fill. To fully prime the Tank you will need to drop a healthy amount of Liquid on to the cotton until it is soaked through, about forty drops should do it. Do this by dropping the liquid down the side of the Tube, making sure not to get ANY into the central air shaft. This is done best with a needle-tip bottle cap. Once the cotton is fully saturated we can fill the rest of the Tank. Start by sliding the cartomizer out of the tube to give yourself enough room, then fill the tube about 80% full with your chosen Liquid. The Juice is pulled into the cartomizer over time, keeping the cotton poly-fill fully saturated.

Now that’s filled slide the cartomizer back in to place making sure that everything is perfectly where it should be. Then pop the silicon seal into the Tank to stop any spills and leaks during use. Then of course, place the drip tip back on the end, making sure it’s seated firmly. And there we go, you’re finished setting up your Tube Tank.

It’s a simple matter now to screw the Tube Tank on to your battery, and you’re ready to vape. Make sure to watch the video for a better idea of how to do it, and watch our other videos for advice on using Volcano’s other products.
